Liquidation Assistant Qualification
Liquidation Assistant पद के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास:
• Bachelor Degree in Law होना अनिवार्य है।

About
Madhya Pradesh High Court का इतिहास काफी पुराना और न्यायिक विरासत से जुड़ा हुआ है। वर्तमान मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट की शुरुआत पहले Central Provinces के रूप में हुई थी, जिसकी स्थापना 02 नवंबर 1861 में Judicial Commissioner Territory के रूप में की गई थी। उस समय न्यायिक प्रशासन Judicial Commissioner Court, Nagpur द्वारा संचालित किया जाता था और यही उस क्षेत्र की सर्वोच्च अदालत थी।
बाद में वर्ष 1936 में Nagpur High Court की स्थापना की गई, जिसे Central Provinces & Berar के लिए अधिकार क्षेत्र दिया गया। भारत का संविधान लागू होने के बाद भी यह व्यवस्था जारी रही और High Court ने न्यायिक सेवाओं का संचालन जारी रखा।
States Reorganisation Act 1956 लागू होने के बाद 1 नवंबर 1956 को नए मध्य प्रदेश राज्य का गठन हुआ और Nagpur High Court को कानूनी रूप से Madhya Pradesh High Court का दर्जा दिया गया। इसका मुख्यालय Jabalpur में स्थापित किया गया।
इसके बाद न्यायिक कार्यों को और बेहतर बनाने के लिए Indore और Gwalior में Bench स्थापित किए गए, जिन्हें बाद में स्थायी Bench का दर्जा मिला। वर्ष 2000 में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य बनने के बाद Bilaspur में अलग High Court बनाया गया और Jabalpur स्थित High Court वर्तमान मध्य प्रदेश के लिए कार्य करता रहा।
आज MP High Court न्यायिक पारदर्शिता, प्रभावी न्याय व्यवस्था और आधुनिक न्यायिक सेवाओं को मजबूत करने की दिशा में कार्य कर रहा है। यह संस्था राज्य में न्यायिक प्रशासन, कानून व्यवस्था और नागरिकों को समय पर न्याय उपलब्ध कराने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है।
